Eligibility: Courses are open to individuals who meet the prerequisites specified for each program level. Participants must provide accurate personal and health information during registration.

Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fee and a confirmation email or message from our team. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Health Declaration: By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate. You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may be affected by yoga practice.

All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and/or US Dollars (USD) and are payable through the methods specified on our platform, including UPI, bank transfer, and online payment gateways.

Fees must be paid in full before the start of the course or service unless an installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. Early bird discounts, where offered, apply only within the specified time window.

By the Student: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our admin office. Refunds are processed as follows: full refund if cancelled 30+ days before the course start date; 50% refund if cancelled 15-29 days before; no refund for cancellations within 14 days of the start date or after the course has commenced.

By the Institution: Swara Yoga Peeth reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or transfer to an alternative date will be offered.

Donations: Donations are non-refundable and are used solely for the purpose specified at the time of the contribution.

All participants, visitors, and users are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards teachers, staff, fellow students, and the ashram environment. This includes:

• Respecting the spiritual and cultural traditions of the ashram
• Maintaining silence in designated areas
• Abstaining from alcohol, tobacco, and non-vegetarian food on premises
• Following the schedule and guidelines set by the course instructor
• Treating all property and facilities with care

Violation of the code of conduct may result in dismissal from the course or premises without refund.

Continuous development & software accuracy. The calculators, tools, charts, panchang, swara, muhurta and all astronomical/astrological computations on this platform are software under continuous development and are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Computations may contain bugs, errors, or produce incorrect or unexpected output.

Reporting calculation errors. If you find any calculation producing an error or a wrong result, you may report it to us as a software bug. All such reports are reviewed and the software is improved over time where issues are confirmed. Reporting a bug does not entitle you to any remedy, refund, or compensation beyond our effort to improve the software; the correction of any reported issue is subject to ongoing development.

No mystical or guaranteed outcomes. We make no claim, promise, or representation of any mystical outcome, prediction, or any desired or guaranteed result arising from the calculations, the content, or the practices. Nothing on this platform should be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Learning & training purpose only. All calculators, content, and material are provided strictly for learning and training purposes. You must learn these astrological and astronomical practices and their correct application from a qualified, competent expert teacher. This platform is a study aid and is not a substitute for guidance from a knowledgeable teacher.

Yoga and related practices involve physical activity. Swara Yoga Peeth, its teachers, and staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, illness, loss, or damages of any kind that may occur during or as a result of participating in our programs, using our software, or relying on any output of our calculators or content. Participants engage in all activities at their own risk and are advised to consult appropriate professionals before acting on any result.
